Its goal management features enable users to set SMART goals, create a plan of action to achieve them, and track progress along the way with clean visualization. It includes features to facilitate strategic execution, keeping all your priorities in check and ensuring all team members communicate and work toward the right goals.
Yes, you can add the standard features to your plan at any time after sign-up by talking with your Align Advisor.
Yes, you can add additional users at any time. During your annual term, additional users will be billed at the prorated rate for your volume tier. You can change volume tiers at your annual renewal to take advantage of further volume discounts.
Yes, Align includes culture-building and team involvement tools, such as eNPS surveys. The eNPS tool allows you to send a one-question anonymous survey on a recurring basis that gauges your employees’ satisfaction at work. The tool then turns the responses into a score that will tell you how strong your company culture is.
All Align users have a dedicated Customer Success Advisor. Our Advisor Team is available by phone, email, and often chat throughout the business day (9 – 5 PM CST). The Align Academy is our official customer website with training videos and resources about business best practices. We also host “Ask Align” office hours throughout the week and multiple self-paced Align virtual courses. You will also have access to our full FAQ within the software. Your Advisor will schedule a kick-off call where they will walk you through setting up your account. You will also have 1 accountability and 1 execution call (10 tier and above) to ensure you are on track and taking full advantage of all the software features. We encourage all clients to schedule a 30 integration consultation session at no cost. Align integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Tasks, Microsoft Teams, And Zapier. The Zapier integration allows Align users to integrate their accounts with more than 2,000 additional systems.
The Basics package is suited for teams who want to be able to create goals and tasks, and track progress with a clean, simplified dashboard. The Standard package (recommended) is suited for teams looking to do all the aforementioned, but take alignment a step further with built-in meeting tools and templates and specific tools for individual teams.
