FAQ: What is Beta test? 

Beta testing is a vital part of feature development, we crave feedback and your customer voice! Our exclusive group of beta testers are chosen carefully and are relied on for candid and thoughtful feedback.

Are you excited to see what new features are coming out before they are publicly released?  Are you able to give detailed and candid feedback that can be traced back to a feature solving a specific challenge? 

You could be the perfect Beta Tester!

Each beta participant will:

• Use the feature in each area of the software that it is available

• Meet with the Align Beta Leaders a minimum of two times (30 min to 1 hr each) during the beta period. These meetings will be recorded and shared with the Align Product and Development team.

• Answer follow-up questions via email or additional phone calls.

• Thoughtfully complete the final survey at the end of the beta period within 3 days of receipt.

How long is the beta period?

The Beta Period typically lasts two to three weeks. After that time, the participants in the Beta will be able to continue using the Beta version of the feature until full release!
