5. Frequently Asked Questions

We tailor the onboarding process to meet your company’s unique needs. All Basics and Standard package subscribers have access to 1 Kickoff Call in the first 2 weeks, 1 basic integrations setup call and 2 Accountability calls in the first 6 months. For companies with 35+ users, we include an additional accountability call and a dedicated Customer Success Advisor. Insights packages include 1 Kickoff Call.  Additional training is available for purchase or join the free Ask Align office hours offered 3 times per week!

We find that it typically takes 3-6 months to see results from the changes you reinforce with Align’s software – especially for the Basic and Standard packages.  Therefore, we recommend an Annual plan.  The Insights Package is very simple and can be used on a month-to-month basis.

The smallest package is an Insights Package that includes 20 seats and is a month-to-month package.  All other packages start at the 10 user minimum.

All Align software users have the opportunity to meet with our customer success team during Ask Align offer 3 times per week.  Your team also has access to the  Basics 101 & 102 online courses.  Attendance is free and unlimited, so take it as many times as you want! In addition, we have an entire library of resources both in the app and in the Align Academy available to every member of your team. Our team is here to see you succeed!

Yes! You can purchase advanced onboarding packages, no matter your size.

Our pricing is determined by company and by seat. If you own multiple companies, you will have multiple accounts on Align. As a user with multiple companies, you can easily switch back and forth from a central “manage companies” dashboard with company stats for each of your accounts.
