Ready to add clients?
Step 1: Create the client account
Once the account is initially created… the coach gets 21 days of access to do any “pre-work” in the account that you would like to do on behalf of the client.
Your client will get access to the account as soon as a subscription is activated.
Step 2: Client activates the subscription.
Align will send your client the link to activate their individual subscription. They will fill out a similar form that you did to create your master-license account. However, they will only ever be charged for add-ons to their account, not their user licenses.
Once the client activates their subscription, they will have immediate access to the software.
Step 3: Align processes the charge.
Align will then associate your client’s subscription with your master-license account and proceed with charging your payment method on file.
