Perfect for the client who has some tech savvy or someone on their team who can help.

Client has all of the documentation on the Align Academy for our native integrations and Zapier

Align will provide 1 Integrations setup consultation call as part of onboarding – we recommend using this session to troubleshoot if you get stuck!
If you get stuck, additional integrations setup consultation sessions can be purchased at any time during your subscription period.
Consulting & Ride Along (most popular)
For the client who is not as tech savvy or does not have time to figure out how to do the integration.

Align will provide 1 Integrations setup consultation call and kickoff as part of onboarding.

Client and Align will do a joint screen share to set up the integration. Typically this will take one to two 30-minute calls to get set up for each integration.
This option is $500 per integration for the service. This cost does not include a Zapier Professional subscription, if it is required to access Premium Apps.
A la Carte Help – Integrations Setup Consultation Sessions
We’re happy to spend time on screen share helping to execute on your integrations. Schedule a screen share call with your Customer Success Advisor and our Integrations Expert (if needed) to do the integration execution. We can either ride along with you in the driver’s seat, or take control of your computer with Zoom’s tools.
Cost: $199 / 30 minute session or block of 5 sessions – $796 (20% off)
Custom Development
If the integration cannot be done through Zapier or a native integration, we may recommend a developer to get the application integrated.

Align will provide 1 Integrations setup consultation call and kickoff as part of onboarding – On this call the Client should be prepared to share a list of metrics and screen share with the developer to understand where each metric lives in the software.

Align will provide a clear statement of work for client approval once the kickoff call is completed.

Align developers will create the overall integration and the specific metrics listed in the statement of work.

Your Align Customer Success Advisor will do a 15 – 30 minute training to show you the metric and how to connect it to various areas of the software.
Cost: Prices vary depending on the complexity of the integration for the custom work plus any additional application fees. This price quoted will include first year hosting and maintenance fee. Annual term to be coterminous with your annual software agreement. Following year hosting and maintenance fees are $200 per integration. Additional metrics added after the completion of the initial scope of work are per integrated metric.
