Basics Courses

Dive into the “why” and “how” of Align’s features as you progress through best practices and follow steps for setting them up.

Admin users learn how to finish setting up your account to get the most out of the basic features. This course is meant for Admin users, but anyone can take it and follow along as an Admin in the Sandbox.

These are hands-on, self-paced workshops designed for new companies and users, but it is open to any current user or coach. Learn the software at your own pace!  By the end of the course you will have set up the basic features to hit the ground running and start seeing results.  Dive into the “Why?” behind these good business habits, and learn some best practices recommended by your very own Advisors. 

Basics 101 is great for every single user, Basics 102 is geared to those with Admin privileges.

By the end of these courses, you’ll have a good base understanding of the software and can really hit the ground running to achieve your strategic goals!

You can take this free course as many times as you want and replay the videos over and over!  If you learn through repetition, this is a great option for you!  Also, if you’re super swamped and only have 5-10 minutes here or there, take the course throughout the week in short sessions.

Advanced Courses

Dig in deeper to every feature so that you can be the expert.  The course explores the more advanced options for each feature so you can take advantage of this powerful software.

Anyone who wants to learn more!  You can also pick and choose, so if you’re interested in learning more about a specific feature, skip to that section.  This course is a deep dive and pairs really well with the Align Champion’s role or anyone who wants to get creative with how they are using the software.
