Google Translate is sufficient for everyone to use strictly for a simple translation of all navigation menus, headers, and pre-populated components. Text entries can be entered in any language regardless of translation tool. For more advanced and precise translation options, see below.

• Each member of the team on Align would require a SYSTRAN license

• MS Office 365 Addin included 

• Each user would need to set up their own SYSTRAN extension profile prior to use

• Automatically translate need to be enabled for each user after setup 

Paid Tool Recommendation: DeepL Pro Starter: DeepL is easier to set up and use across the team. Unless SSO is a requirement, it provides better translations and can be set to automatically translate Align every time you use the software.
