We’ll spend time with your team using our expertise to help you make smarter moves and see progress on your goals.  Your Sr. Advisor can help with things like a “Priority Audit” to look at your priorities page and guide you on items that may be better as tasks or critical numbers or talk through your process for getting priorities finished by the end of the quarter and share some of the best practices we’ve seen work with other companies or even review your huddles.

What is the process?

In addition to the standard onboarding that focuses on the technical approach (Activation call with your Advisor + accountability + execution calls), we’ll create a custom proposal that meets your company’s needs.  This proposal may look like:

  • Schedule any team trainings in advance so you hold yourself accountable.

What is my Investment?

In addition to participating in advising and execution sessions, you will be asked to prepare for the meetings with specific deliverables to make the most of our time together.  

Investment: $5000/Quarter includes a custom proposal with advising and execution sessions for 1 calendar quarter.  Continue on for additional quarters for $5000/Quarter.

Premium services are offered on top of the onboarding included in your tier.  To view the onboarding services – click here!   

Every account gets an Activation Call with their Customer Success Advisor(CSA) as part of the normal onboarding services.  With a premium package, this Activation Call will give your CSA the understanding of your company and your software expectations to create the implementation plan.  An additional kickoff style call may be needed for clarification!

Although your Customer Success Advisor is involved with hundreds of clients and are incredibly adept at the various business methodologies and good business habits we support, they are not a business coach! We are happy to partner with your business coach to capitalize on each individual’s expertise appropriately.

A business coach helps with specific business strategy and the content of your strategic plan and related goals. The coach will push you in the right areas and guide you to growing your business based on the training and years of experience they have. A coach will hold you accountable to the specific business strategy you develop together. 

Your Customer Success Advisor is an expert on the Align suite of software.  They are not your business or accountability coach. They are here to make sure you accomplish your goals as it pertains to execution of the software, not building out the content of your priorities or strategic plan.    

While your business coach focuses on the big picture strategy of the company, your Advisor will focus on the execution cascaded throughout the company.  Your Advisor works closely with your business coach to understand and create a mutually acceptable plan that accomplishes the strategic objectives while also getting into the details with each manager and sometimes each individual.
