Native Integration
Align’s QuickBooks Online integration allows you to automate updates of your key metrics and numbers via QuickBooks data. This data is stored in the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and AR & AP Aging reports within QuickBooks. There are currently a variety of metrics that can be linked to a Metric in Align with more being added all the time. Updates to the values in QuickBooks automatically trigger updates to the Metric in Align. It’s that easy. Save time by not having to chase down metric updates for important company metrics in Align.
The initial connection from Align to your QuickBooks Online account has to be setup by an Administrator in your account. If any of your financial information is private and sensitive to the full team, you can use the Metric security settings to limit visibility to certain team members.
