New Company Onboarding
Each company is unique! All subscription levels have many resources available included in their first year subscription cost.
What’s included?
Onboarding Sequence: Required attendees – Decision Maker and any Align Champions. These calls are 30-60 minutes long.
- Activation Call : Identify what you need to do first to start solving your pain points.
- Execution Call: Review the first step and identify the next item to roll out. (10 tier+ accounts)
- Accountability Call: Overview of your first quarter, create the next step to set your team up for success for the remainder of the year.(10 tier+ accounts)
Integrations Consultation: Review the softwares you would like to integrate. From this conversation, our integration specialist will create an Integration plan to review your options. If you have a more tech savvy person on your team that will own the data integration, please include them on this call in addition to the Champion and Decision Maker.
Small Group Technical Trainings (35 Tier + Accounts): Technical trainings to review how to use specific features of the software.
Ask Align: 30 minutes of live help, three times per week! Engage with your Align Advisors, ask your general questions and learn about new features. All are welcome! No registration required, just show up.
Align Academy (you are here!): This is the “why” plus a great resource for tips and tricks to be successful with rolling out your new software.
Align FAQs: The “how” that is in the application. Click the big ? in the top right or FAQs in the Learn tab on the left-hand navigation to access these FAQs. You’ll get step by step walk throughs in addition to video tutorials.
Align Help Texts: The ? next to each feature that gives you tips and trick along the way.
Basics 101: Self-paced sessions to set up your account and learn the basics of “how” in the software. Created by your Advisors, this 1-hourish course can be taken as many times as you want! We recommend every person on your team take the course soon after accepting their software invitation.
Weekly Email: Written by our Customer Success Advisors, this short email highlights areas of the software that you may want to check out.
The best way to get general advice on best practices, feature usage etc. is to join us for Ask Align!

Intensive Advising – Your Align Advisor will create a custom onboarding plan based on your expressed needs and guide your team to execute that plan through consultation sessions. This option is great for somoene who wants accountability and advice on the execution aspect of their strategic plan.
Fast Pass – Premium Implementation & Consulting – As an expert on the capabilities of this powerful software, your Align Advisor can better take advantage of each feature to set up your account in the best possible way. The Align Advisor will not only help with a roll out plan, but will do the data entry to jump start your team’s use of the software. This option is tailored to those companies who have been doing this work already and need less guidance.

Who is my Advisor?
You can find your Advisor’s name and email address in the “Company Profile” page accessible in the Administration tab by all Admins. Accounts on plans in the 35 tier or above have a dedicated Advisor!
You can always email advisor@aligntoday.com and we will happily route your query to the appropriate Advisor.
